About the Space
We have 2 detailed and beautiful Christmas sets in our garage photography studio. One is a living room set with a fireplace and two stunning Christmas trees, while the other set is a red wall with various wreaths and Christmas lights. We also have a lot of vinyl backdrops available for use, as well as a dog house and a handful of Christmas props. A green velvet couch and two green velvet chairs are available, as well as 3 studio lights at no extra charge. The sets are perfect for Christmas photos! Dogs are welcome!

Parking description
There is a driveway available for two cars, as well as ample (and free!) street parking.
General Rules
• Please be respectful of the neighbors.
• No climbing on sets.
• Ask the host if you have any special requests!
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There is a Ring camera recording the driveway, and a Ring in the garage. There are no recording devices anywhere near the dressing room.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is properly cleaned and sanitized between guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
