About the Space
Space includes open grassy area perfect for outdoor gathering. Entire space is large enough to contain 75 guests comfortably. Space would be perfect for small weddings, painting classes, baby showers, birthday parties, family friendly medium size outdoor gatherings. Has hosted quinceañeras and proposals! Booking is for only outdoor spaces and does not include inside of the house. A portable toilet will need to be rented for guests. Water access through nearby hose. 15chairs and 2 rectangular tables available for use. (Bigger events rent chairs and tables elsewhere). Steel round wood fire pit available (bring fire pit wood for the fire) it is not included. If fire pit used please put out with water after use. Only use wood that fits in the pit for safety. Canopies available for additional fee. :)

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
