Welcome to our massive 3000 Sq foot BUSHWICK blank canvas industrial space. It's perfect for theatre, dance, film and TV production, rehearsal, performance, fashion shows, gallery-style dinner parties, and more. It features 12-foot ceilings. There are ample outlets throughout the space including ceiling power. The walls are completely soundproofed. There is ample street parking and a paid lot with direct access right behind the building. The space accommodates up to 50 people. We're steps from multiple restaurants coffee shops and bars including the infamous Roberta's Pizza. We have a private wheelchair-accessible bathroom as well as 2 more public bathrooms one floor up. The space is directly across the street from the Morgan stop on the L train. We've just made our space available on Peerspace so as we build it out, let us know what you need for your production, team, rehearsal, or event... PRODUCTION We have access to a multitude of standard photo and video production equipment. We can make the camera, grip, and lighting available at a fraction of the cost of rental and save you the pick-ups and drop-offs...it will be there when you arrive. We'll even build and pre-light based on your team's specs. DANCE, THEATRE REHEARSAL The space comes with 4 (Aputure 150c) app controllable RGB Fresnels and floor-to-ceiling blacks. Let us know how to configure the space. If you need mirrors we can rent those for you. Venue Policies: - We ask that you book your event including set-up and clean-up. - Outside food is welcome, though cooking on-site is not allowed - BYO alcohol is allowed with applicable corkage fee - $100 (permission to use alcohol) - Event End Times must be strictly followed - Noise should fall within acceptable residential levels - All guests and equipment must remain on the premises. - Timely set-up and clean-up must be adhered to
