This building is the McAllister Lumber Company Building. Beautiful red brick walls with huge barn doors for 2 conference rooms. The main space is open and spacious with about 13' ceilings. The total space is about 3500 square feet. 2 bathrooms and one has a shower. Also, there is a kitchenette available for your use. You can use this space for Space for things like: • Studio for video or photo shoots • Hold meetings • Wedding receptions • Event Space just 2 blocks from Pearl Street with lots of free parking.

• Please respect the building, no new holes and anything affixed to the wall or things that may damage the building must be discussed with the owner.
• You are responsible for cleaning up any damage. Cleaning is available for an additional fee.

Health and Safety Measures
Guests are primarily responsible for cleaning. The owner will also clean the facility to a higher standard.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
