PLEASE READ OUR RULES PRIOR TO BOOKING.
Once your booking is confirmed, you agree to all rules below as well as all of Peerspace's Terms & Conditions. You as the booking agent are responsible for all guests in your booking and are responsible for their actions during your stay.
STRICT OVERTIME & GUEST COUNT ENFORCEMENT
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed from the property by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
The guest count of your booking will be strictly enforced. Should the number of people in the home exceed your number listed on your reservation, you will be billed according to our listing price. We reserve the right to terminate your booking on-site, without refund if your guest count is excessively past the agreed upon number. If you go beyond our property maximum number for guests, we reserve the right to charge over-capacity fees of ($50/hr) for every 5 people over our maximum of 25 starting with the 26th person.
PARKING - 5 VEHICLES OR LESS
No more than 5 vehicles on or near the property...
YOU MUST CARPOOL if you have a large group with more than 5 vehicles.
All or most vehicles should be parked on the property in the driveway, or on the street, unless discussed prior to your reservation.
CARPOOLING
The home is near the Hotel Yorba and several parks, churches, grocery stores, and schools just a few blocks away that have large parking lots. We cannot guarantee your vehicles will be welcome to park there on the day of your booking. Please contact them directly to request access to their parking. If your number of vehicles exceed our maximum of 5 without prior permission from the hosts, we reserve the right to terminate your booking early, without warning and without refund, and/or charge a vehicle fee of $75 per vehicle over the limit.

We live in a quiet, historic neighborhood. We ask you to stay off of sidewalks and property belonging to our neighbors at all times, and to keep loitering and loud noise outside to a minimum to respect our community. NO LOUD MUSIC OUTDOORS, and please keep large gatherings outside and at vehicles to a minimum at all times. Please do not loiter outside before & after your booking.
FURNITURE MOVING
Any and all furniture moving/rearranging needs to be discussed and approved with me prior. We prefer to move furniture for you when possible. We require furniture be picked up, not dragged on the floors, and blankets (which you must provide) be used to protect our hardwood.
FLOORING PROTECTION
Anything on a stand (your lighting, cameras, etc) need protectors of some kind on their legs (tennis balls, socks, etc) to avoid floor damage. You will be responsible for any damages done to our furniture, floors, and home during your stay, so please be careful and instruct your crew to do the same. Even small scratches can costs hundreds of dollars to repair, and you will be held responsible for damage by you or any of your guests.
All furniture and items need to be placed back before you leave as you found them. *pro-tip* Please take a picture before you start moving items if you aren’t confident you’ll remember where they came from.
FOOD/CRAFT SERVICES
Please bring your own utensils, disposable plates, cups, and trash bags. If you produce more trash than a single trash bag, we ask that you take your trash with you when you leave.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. We reserve the right to bill for cleaning services if the space is left with excessive mess to floors, walls, furniture, rugs, etc.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
TRASH
Guests are responsible for their own trash. Please bring garbage bags and take your bags with you when you go.
