The 5-step cleaning process is a set of cleaning practices that are required to follow between guest stays and/or visits, in addition to local laws and guidelines. Step 1 is proper preparation which helps the cleaners clean more efficiently and more safely. Step 2 Cleaning is removing dust and dirt from surfaces, such as floors and countertops. Step 3 Sanitize area using chemicals to reduce bacteria on surfaces such as doorknobs and TV remotes. Step 4 Once done sanitizing, then we check behind the cleaners to ensure nothing was overlooked or missed. Step 5 To help prevent cross-contamination, it's important to finish cleaning and sanitizing a room before replacing items for the next guest.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
