We only provide the included items, clients are responsible for setting them up. We include a complimentary 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for tear down. The cleaning fee does NOT include us cleaning up your decorations disposing of your food, popping and disposing of balloons or taking out your trash! *If you rent additional items from elsewhere, customer/rental company is responsible for cleanup/breakdown and must have them cleared out of the space by the end of your rental time. *Kalma Events will take care of, sweeping, mopping, and sanitization. Outside vendors must clean up their own materials/items.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
