Waterfall: The waterfall and pond are cleaned and inspected regularly to ensure proper function and hygiene. Fire Pit: The fire pit is cleaned after each use, removing ashes and debris. Patio Area: The patio and surrounding areas are swept and cleaned regularly to remove leaves, dirt, and other debris. Before Each Rental: Detailed Cleaning: The entire backyard area, including the patio, seating areas, and surrounding landscape, is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each rental period. Furniture and Amenities: All outdoor furniture, cushions, and amenities are cleaned and sanitized. Water Feature: The waterfall and pond are inspected and cleaned to ensure optimal hygiene and functionality. During Your Rental: Guest Responsibility: We kindly request that you maintain the cleanliness of the space during your rental period. This includes disposing of any trash properly and leaving the area tidy. After Your Rental: Thorough Inspection: We conduct a thorough inspection of the backyard after each rental to ensure that it is left clean and in good condition. Final Cleaning: Our team performs a final cleaning and sanitization of the entire area, including all surfaces, furniture, and amenities. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
