Here’s a detailed cleaning process to ensure your event space remains spotless, welcoming, and ready for each event: Event Space Cleaning Process 1. Pre-Event Preparation • General Clean-Up: Conduct a walkthrough to ensure all areas, including the main event space, restrooms, and entryway, are clean and organized. • Surface Sanitization: Wipe down tables, chairs, countertops, and frequently touched surfaces with disinfectant. • Floor Cleaning: Sweep and mop floors, paying attention to corners and high-traffic areas. • Restroom Stocking: Ensure restrooms are fully stocked with soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. 2. Post-Event Clean-Up • Trash Removal: Collect and dispose of all trash, including in restrooms, event spaces, and outdoor areas. Replace trash bags as needed. • Furniture Reset: Reset furniture layout according to the next event’s setup or standard arrangement. Inspect for stains or damage and clean as necessary. • Spot Cleaning: Check for any spills or stains on carpets, rugs, or upholstered furniture, and clean them immediately. • Restroom Clean-Up: Deep clean restroom facilities, sanitizing all surfaces, mirrors, sinks, and toilet areas. Replace supplies as needed. 3. Deep Cleaning (Weekly or Bi-Weekly) • Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning: Vacuum all carpeted areas and spot-clean any visible stains. Shampoo carpets and deep-clean upholstered furniture as needed. • Floor Polishing: For hard floors, mop thoroughly and polish if needed to maintain a high-quality appearance. • Dusting and High Surfaces: Dust all high surfaces, including lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, and air vents. • Windows and Glass Surfaces: Clean all windows, mirrors, and glass doors inside and out to ensure a spotless, streak-free shine. • Air Quality Check: Change air filters regularly to maintain fresh air and reduce allergens. 4. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
