About the Space
We are offering an open warehouse space for events, conveniently located just off TX-99. The walls are painted black, the ceiling is white with outdoor string lights, and the floor features a stained copper and black design, creating a moody atmosphere. The main office is also available, which includes a sitting area, a cocktail table with chairs, and a bathroom. A sink and counter are available for use in the office, and a refrigerator will be added soon (please inquire if you need one). We provide eight 6-foot rectangular tables and 50 chairs at no additional charge. A portable JBL PartyBox speaker with Bluetooth connectivity is also available. Please feel free to ask about any additional items you may need for your event!

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This space was very spacious! Jamie was very helpful and responsive from start to finish, she helped make my wedding proposal a breeze. Made sure everything was set for me and my guests. Would definitely recommend and would book here again.

The space was perfect and spacious for our babyshower. The host responded to any of our questions immediately and they were very flexible, and understanding. We were in need of chairs and tables and they accommodated to us, which we are very much thankful for. Would recommend them many more times.
