Pricing: Pricing is based on the total number of cast and crew, as well as the areas you plan to use during production or events. Rates listed are for a single area only, and additional areas will need to be discussed and agreed upon. This South Downtown Los Angeles three story warehouse complex has been completely remodeled and decorated for any occasion! Book your next film, photoshoot or event here and you'll be amazed at how accommodating this new location is for everyone. Seriously though, people really love creating here. Our gated parking lot holds 81 spaces and provides ample parking for your entire crew and more! Ask to see our side alley. It's very private and unique. We also have a large loading dock and a 5,000 lbs cargo/freight elevator and a fully renovated commissary kitchen/dining space. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
