About the Space
This is a 900 sq ft dance studio, with hardwood floors, washroom, waiting area with seats, on the upper floor of the Redwood Building. The dance studio is located up 2 sets of stairs (no elevator access), has a coded-door lock for autonomous access. The space is not sound proof, and is 1 of 4 studios located on this level of the building. Bright room, with varied lighting during the day, and rows of lighting that can brighten the space at night. 2 windows, 1 with curtains. Recommended use as dance studio, meeting space, photo shoots, video shoots. Re do not recommend bringing in food, as this is a work space, however, please let us know if what you would like to use the space for and we can determine feasibility if it falls outside of the domain of dance, rehearsals, photoshoots or meeting space use.

The studio is cleaned professionally once a week. If clients wish to have the space cleaned between bookings, there will be an additional charge for this service. there are no soft surfaces in the space. Just a dance floor.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
