Here’s a detailed overview of our cleaning process to ensure your confidence in renting our space: BEFORE YOUR EVENT 1. The space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each booking, including all high-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, doorknobs, and equipment. 2. Floors are vacuumed, swept, and mopped to ensure a spotless appearance. 3. Restrooms are sanitized, restocked with essential supplies, and checked for cleanliness. 4. Any equipment or furniture provided will be wiped down and sanitized. DURING YOUR EVENT 1. Cleaning supplies, such as trash bags and sanitizing wipes, are available for your use to maintain cleanliness during your event. 2. Trash bins are provided throughout the space for convenience. AFTER YOUR EVENT 1. After your booking, our professional cleaning team will handle the deep cleaning process to prepare the space for the next guests. 2. This includes sanitizing all surfaces, restrooms, and communal areas, as well as disposing of trash and recycling responsibly. COMMITMENT TO HEALTH & SAFETY 1. We follow industry-standard cleaning protocols and ensure that the space is disinfected using high-quality cleaning products. 2. Special attention is given to hygiene in light of current health considerations, providing peace of mind for you and your attendees. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
