About the Space
Our mat space is ideal for any activities needing a padded mat (Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, Judo, etc). We also have a shower for guests to use. We also have a community event space area that could be used for networking or dining. Great for seminars, workshops, etc. We have 10 tables and 40 chairs that can be used.

Street parking is best, we also have 3 marked alley spots and a paid parking lot is also nearby.
General Rules
We request that guests respect our mat and walking areas. Footwear is required at all times on walking paths, outdoors and bathrooms. Bare feet only on the mat space.
Food is allowed on premises but no eating on the mats, water only near mat space.
We ask that guests respect our neighbors and play music and a relaxed volume and be mindful of walls.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Common areas are disinfected between books and supplies are also available onsite.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
