We prioritize cleanliness and hygiene to ensure our space is ready for your event. Here’s what you can expect: • Before Your Booking: The space is cleaned and sanitized, focusing on high-touch areas like doorknobs, tables, and seating. Floors are vacuumed or mopped, and all surfaces are disinfected. • During Your Event: Trash bins and cleaning supplies are available for light tidying. • After Your Booking: We handle post-event deep cleaning, but we ask guests to return the space to a basic tidy state, including removing personal items, disposing of trash in provided bins, and resetting furniture to its original layout. We take pride in maintaining a welcoming and spotless environment for all our guests!
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
