Parking description
Curbside street parking in front of the venue is first come first serve. Lots of parking along 20th St. Also located on the street car route.
General Rules
Open vendor policy, vendors must be licensed and insured with proper documents on file before the event takes place. Guest are allowed to bring in their own alcohol or food. No smoking or illegal drug use in the facility. Renters must comply with the KCMO noise ordinance.

2 cameras on property. One overlooking the venue and the other on the back entrance door.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Renters are responsible for removing the trash from the space and placing it into the back dumpster. After every event the venue is throughly cleaned and sanitized.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
