General Rules

We are dedicated to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable time for all our guests. Please review our house rules below to make the most of your visit or event: 1. Smoking Policy Smoking is not permitted inside the building for the comfort and safety of all guests. Outdoor patio smoking is allowed. 2. Outside Catering We welcome outside catering! Caterers must be licensed and insured to comply with health and safety regulations. Call us to inquire about specific requirements. 3. Alcohol Policy For liability and quality control, no outside alcohol is permitted on the premises. Enjoy our extensive bar menu, including our signature champagne sabering experience. 4. Rental Requirements A 2-hour minimum rental is required for all private events. Contact us to learn more about availability and packages.

Before and after each booking, our venue is thoroughly sanitized, focusing on high-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, bar areas, and restrooms. We use professional-grade cleaning products that meet or exceed health and safety standards to eliminate germs and bacteria. Hand sanitizing stations are conveniently placed throughout the space for guest use. Our commitment to cleanliness ensures that your event takes place in a space that is not only stylish and sophisticated but also safe and hygienic. When you book with Champagne Problems, you can feel confident that we are dedicated to providing a clean and secure venue for your celebration.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
