About the Space

Art gallery available for daily and weekly event rental. This converted industrial lightbulb factory features pristine white walls, concrete floors. exposed brick, wooden ceiling rafters, and preserved industrial architecture like metal doors. There are skylights and windowed doors throughout for natural light. Our space is great for events, exhibitions, poetry readings, and pop ups of many kinds! Including, but not limited to: Private Events, Art Exhibit/ Gallery, Photoshoots, Film & Video Production, Pop-ups, Launch Event, Product Release, Corporate Events, Workshops Etc. We are situated on a busy street in arts district near other major galleries and world class restaurants. Below is a description of the gallery rooms and their respective square footage. Please see the posted architectural drawing if you need specific details like ceiling height. Entryway (300 sqft) - two windowed doors for entry and exit Store (360sqft): storefront area with floor to ceiling windowed doors and concrete walls Reception (180sqft): desk space, front reception window (Can be partially utilized for your rental on a case by case basis) Gallery 1 (1300sqft): Large gallery, main room Gallery 2 (360sqft): long corridor connecting Gallery 1 and Gallery 3 Gallery 5 (660sqft): Small gallery with lower ceilings connected to gallery 1 with two doors to Garey Street. Another door leads to back of house area. Back of house: Bathroom and kitchen use included in your rental. There is also a storage area and upstairs offices which may be utilized on a case by case basis, as they are typically private.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
