Step 1: General Walkthrough Initial Inspection: Walk through the entire property to check for any damage, spills, or areas that need attention (stains on carpets, broken furniture, etc.). Check the event space and cinema for any special needs (like ensuring the projector or sound system works). Step 2: Bedrooms (8 Bedrooms) Strip the Beds: Remove used bed linens, pillowcases, and blankets. Place them in the laundry basket. Replace with fresh linens, making the bed neatly with pillows and throws. Dust & Wipe Surfaces: Dust furniture (bedside tables, dressers, shelves). Wipe down all surfaces, including lamps, light switches, and TV remotes. Vacuum & Floor Care: Vacuum carpets or clean wooden/tiled floors. Pay attention to corners and under the bed. If the room has a rug, shake it out or vacuum it as well. Closet Check: Ensure closets are tidy, hang any displaced items, and provide fresh hangers if necessary. Trash & Refresh: Empty any trash bins. Replace with fresh liners. Place fresh bottled water or amenities in each room if required by the listing. Step 3: Bathrooms (7 Bathrooms) Clean Toilets: Scrub toilets with disinfectant. Clean both inside and outside, paying special attention to the base and tank. Wipe down toilet paper holders and any dispensers. Shower/Tub Area: Scrub the shower or bathtub. Ensure the glass doors or curtains are clean. Wipe down tiles and grout, ensuring there are no soap scum or water spots. Sink & Countertops: Clean the sink, faucet, and countertop with appropriate surface cleaners. Ensure there are no toothpaste or soap marks. Polish faucets and mirrors for a streak-free finish. Floors: Sweep or vacuum the floors, then mop them thoroughly. Tidy Up: Replace used towels with fresh, folded towels. Add extra toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.). Empty trash bins and replace liners. ETC.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
