We are located in downtown Gastonia, NC location. We also have plenty of street parking in the evening hours and a 750-car city parking lot next to the venue.

Rest of the spaces (dressing room, ceremony space and reception hall) in the facility are not of this offering. These are available for an additional fee.

Need to discuss case by case basis on the requirements.

CANDLES: Enclosed candles Only (meaning no tapers unless enclosed inside a vase.) The use of birdseed, bubbles, sparklers, and biodegradable matter such as leaf confetti or lavender are not permitted inside but are allowed outside for wedding and reception farewells.  Rice, confetti, confetti guns, Alcohol squirt guns, and artificial flower petals, glitter, fog machines, pyrotechnics, dry ice, are not permitted on the Premises (inside or outside). Real flower petals are allowed for Wedding Ceremonies but must be swept up immediately following the Ceremony. No masking, duct, electrical, transparent, or double-stick tape is allowed on the walls and doors.  Nails and staples are not permitted anywhere. Any other decorations, signage, electrical configurations or construction must be pre-approved by Occasion on Main.  Decorations may not be hung from light fixtures.  All decorations must be removed without leaving damages directly following the departure of the last guest, unless special arrangements have been made between the Customer(s) and Occasion on Main.
