Available for Studio Hire, our versatile and spacious layout is designed to accommodate a variety of shoots, including portraits, headshots, modelling, fashion, editorial, e-commerce and all types of videography. To cover this cost, if you wish to extend our backdrops along any amount of floor area you may do so by selecting the add-on 'Backdrops Extension along Floor Area' at checkout.

• Your hire time starts when you enter the studio (bump in) and ends when you leave (bump out). This timeframe is based on the actual hours booked, regardless of whether you arrive late. • No smoking in the building. • Studio hire charges include access to all areas except the storeroom. • All backdrop changes must be carried out with staff assistance - no exceptions. • Lounges & coffee tables must remain in their designated positions and should not be moved unless explicitly authorized. Other chairs, stools, and props are freely available for use. • The full use of the kitchen is included in your hire rate with staff members providing any necessary tableware & cutlery. Placemats and drink coasters must be used at all times. • Outside catering is allowed but is to be consumed only in our dining area. • Person responsible for making booking, is also responsible to cover any additional breakages or damages endured whilst space is hired. • The Studio is to be left in the same condition as found, otherwise a cleaning fee of $80 will be charged. All rubbish is to be removed when you bump out.
