Here's how we maintain our studio: Thorough Cleaning After Every Booking: We clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces, including door handles, tables, chairs, and props, immediately after each booking. Professional Cleaning Services: Our space is regularly deep-cleaned by a professional cleaning team to ensure a spotless and sanitary environment. Natural and Eco-Friendly Products: We use eco-friendly cleaning supplies that are effective yet safe for the environment and sensitive to those with allergies. Fresh Linens and Props: All fabric items, such as cushions, throws, and props, are cleaned or replaced regularly to maintain freshness. Hand Sanitizing Stations: Hand sanitizer is available throughout the studio for guest convenience. Air Circulation and Ventilation: We keep the studio well-ventilated during and after bookings to ensure fresh air circulation. Our goal is to make sure every guest feels comfortable, safe, and inspired in a clean and professional setting.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
