You can park on the right side of the parking lot only, two cars can fit. (left side is for our basement tenant so please do not park on the left) You can park on the street as well!

Footwear Please remove shoes upon entry and leave them on the porch or in the designated entryway area to help maintain cleanliness throughout the home. Property Care Kindly notify us at the start of your time if you need anything. Please do not open cabinets or drawers without permission. Catering Outside catering is allowed. Please ensure that all food is handled and disposed of responsibly. No Smoking or Drugs Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited both indoors and anywhere on the property. Events or parties will be approved on a case-by-case basis. Guest Limits Only the number of guests you’ve booked for are allowed in the space. Please do not exceed this limit. Noise Considerations We have tenants in the basement, so please be mindful of noise levels. Loud music and excessive noise are not permitted, and noise should be kept to a minimum after 11 PM. Security Always lock all doors when exiting, close windows, and turn off lights to ensure the property is secure. Furniture and Belongings Please do not remove anything from the house or rearrange the furniture. If small items are moved, ensure everything is returned to its original location before leaving. Cleanliness We kindly ask that you keep the home tidy during your stay. You will be charged for any damages to the space, furniture, or belongings, as well as any additional cleaning required. Trash and Recycling Please place recycling and trash in the appropriate boxes
