About the Space
This is a beautiful 3 acre ranch located 10 minutes from Burbank. It has multiple stables, 2 arenas, and a petting zoo. Each area of the ranch is unique with access to goats, horses, sheep, pigs, a donkey and alpacas. Space has several dining areas, including a large patio with seating. Access to BBQ, fridges and mini fridges available. There is access to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house with private, secluded backyard onsite. This space is great for photo shoots, music videos, film locations, TV, weddings, community events and more. Please contact me if you would like to request to rent a smaller portion or section of the ranch. This rate includes the entire location.

All stables and barns are cleaned twice a day. All common areas are kept clean, and mostly dust free as outdoor environment allows.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
