There is a circle drive in front. Large driveway in back and garage that's secured inside private electric gate.
General Rules
-Please no large gatherings of more than 8 without the host's consent.
-There will be a small event fee for larger gatherings. This is case by case and can be worked out depending on what the event is. Please only message with details to inquire and do not try to book.
-Only guests over the age of 25 can request reservations
-Under-aged parties are strictly prohibited from being in my listing by U.S law and there will be a $1,500 fee.
-Guest will need to pay a $750 special clean-up fee if a party of over 10 people is observed without the owner's consent. Please just let us know so we all know what's happening.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The property is professionally cleaned after each guests checks out. There is also a deep clean done to inside and out twice a month in between the 5-10 cleanings a month.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
