Centrally located pilot brewery production space

We have hosted a variety of events in our brewery and tasting spaces. Each is equipped with a projector. Our brewery consists of the smallest-scale production equipment within a spacious semi-industrial setting. The 18'-high ceiling of the brewery is strung with warm lights for the feel of an indoor beer garden. Our tasting space (also available) is equipped with eleven taps pouring the freshest beer (sometimes mead and cider, as well) in San Diego. We have furniture from low lounge chairs to laboratory stools to bar stools, and tables from rustic six-tops to bar-height two-tops made from whiskey barrels (always popular for photos). Our storage bay boasts a more industrial feel, complete with a forklift! The large bay door in the storage bay is the perfect place to park the food truck for your guests. The three rooms (tasting space, brewery, storage bay) are contiguous, with the brewery in the center, and can be reserved individually or in tandem. This provides great flexibility in format for a variety of uses. Each space is roughly 850sq.ft. Perhaps our most unique feature: Our small-scale production allows us to create custom beer, mead, or cider for your event! Batch sizes range from as small as five gallons to as large as 30 gallons. You can even schedule a brewing event to take part in making the custom beverage for your party. We also host educational opportunities like our Beginner's Brewing Class.
