Our property offers convenient parking for 4-6 cars, located directly in front of the garage. This setup ensures easy access to the pool and backyard area. Please note that all vehicles must park in this designated space to maintain smooth access and accommodate your group comfortably.
General Rules
House Rules
Respect the Space
No smoking on the property.
Please clean up after yourself and your guests.
Furniture must remain in its original location unless approved by the host.
Pool Safety
No diving or running around the pool.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Glass containers are not allowed near the pool area.
Noise & Behavior
Keep noise levels respectful, especially after 9 PM to maintain good relations with our neighbors.
No loud music or amplified sound after 9 PM unless otherwise arranged.
Alcohol & Catering
Alcohol is permitted, but responsible consumption is expected. No alcohol is allowed after 8 PM unless pre-approved by the host.
Outside catering and BBQ grilling are allowed.
Event Capacity
Maximum of 50 guests at any time. Lifeguard services are not included; please arrange for one if needed.
Property Access
Guests must park in front of the garage (4-6 cars maximum).
Cameras are on for security purposes, except in restroom areas, which are strictly off-limits to surveillance.
Decorations & Setup
Temporary decorations are allowed but must be removed after the event. No nails, staples, or adhesives that could damage surfaces.
Prohibited Activities
No illegal substances or activities are permitted on the property.
Pets are not allowed unless approved by the host.

At Poolside Paradise, your health and comfort are our top priorities. We follow a thorough cleaning process to ensure the space is spotless and safe for every guest. Here's what we do:
Pool Maintenance
The pool is cleaned and treated regularly with professional-grade chemicals to maintain crystal-clear water.
The pool deck is swept and sanitized before each booking.
Outdoor Areas
All outdoor seating, tables, and high-touch surfaces are cleaned and disinfected after every event.
The shaded porch, patio, and backyard spaces are tidied and prepared for your arrival.
Restroom Cleaning
The outdoor restroom is thoroughly sanitized, restocked with essentials, and inspected for cleanliness before each guest’s visit.
Trash Removal
All trash and debris from prior bookings are removed to ensure a pristine environment. Trash bins will be provided for your convenience.
Enhanced Safety Protocols
In between bookings, we take extra care to deep-clean and disinfect common areas following recommended health and safety guidelines.
Our goal is to provide a clean, welcoming environment so you can relax, celebrate, and enjoy your time at Poolside Paradise without worry!
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
