Ample Parking: Street parking (paid) and a nearby parking ramp are available for larger crews. Comprehensive Production Supplies: Equipped with a 180cm softbox, two large side softboxes, Godox AD 400 Pro, Flashpoint XPlor 600 photo strobes, Aputure 120D constant light, C-stands, light stands, and more. Comfortable Amenities: Enjoy a full-body mirror, sofa, and wardrobe rack for a seamless workflow. Parking description

There is metered street parking available on North 3rd Street and 2nd Avenue North, right in front of our building. Additionally, there is an enclosed parking ramp, "Ramp C," located diagonally across from our building. For more details on rates and Ramp C parking, please visit: https://abc-ramps.com/rates/ Ramp C Address: 318 2nd Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55401 We also have a loading dock behind our building for loading and unloading purposes. However, parking is not allowed in this area, and vehicles left there after loading or unloading will be towed.

General Rules

To maintain affordability and maximize availability for all our clients, please book the precise amount of time required for your project, as we do not include buffer time between sessions. This policy helps us accommodate more bookings. Overtime will incur a charge of 1.5 times the hourly rate. Please treat the space and equipment with care; any damage or excessive mess may lead to additional charges. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio. Keep noise levels reasonable to avoid disturbing other tenants in the building.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Our building is professionally cleaned on a regular basis by experienced cleaning staff who ensure that every corner is spotless and well-maintained. In addition, after each use, our space is swept, sanitized, and disinfected to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety for all guests. We take pride in creating a fresh, hygienic environment where you can feel comfortable and at ease.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
