About the Space
This 100 year old industrial building is located in East Downtown right in front of the shell stadium! Located on the 4th floor of the building with only stairs that lead the way! Space offers two split sections with the first having a 4k projector, soundbar speaker, coffee table, and couch that you can use as a lounge spot. Second space is open for art exhibitions, galleries, private events, & photoshoots! Studio has a nice brick wall that you can use in your photo shoots. Furniture and anything in space can be moved around to your liking. I provide white backdrop and studio lights if needed.

Space is cleaned after each booking. Furniture is cleaned to provide a nice feel and comfortable experience. There are wall scents to keep the space feeling personal and comforting (:
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
