About the Space
This 100 year old industrial building is located in East Downtown right in front of the shell stadium! Space offers two split sections with the first having a 4k projector, soundbar speaker, coffee table, and couch that you can use as a lounge spot. Second space is open for art exhibitions, galleries, private events, & photoshoots! Studio has a nice brick wall that you can use in your photo shoots. Furniture and anything in space can be moved around to your liking. I provide white backdrop and studio lights if needed.

Space is cleaned after each booking. Furniture is cleaned to provide a nice feel and comfortable experience. There are wall scents to keep the space feeling personal and comforting (:
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
