About the Space
Welcome to our versatile studio house, perfect for creative projects, meetings, and events. Our space is designed for creative collaborations, content creation, and industry-related events. We do not host general social gatherings like birthday parties, but we would love to help with creative or professional events. Music Room: Fully insulated with acoustic panels on the floors and ceiling, this space features a drum set, two keyboards, and a window to our recording office, which offers additional recording services. Meeting and Event Space: Located in the basement, this area has black-painted walls, creating a mysterious environment ideal for meetings, photo shoots, or cozy events. **Let it be known that the basement ceilings are low, and you may need to duck your head if you are tall. Dance Room: Upstairs, you'll find a mirrored dance room with a professional dance floor, perfect for rehearsals or creative movement sessions. Film Room: A half-green, half-black room designed for photo shoots, podcasts, or VFX work. Additionally, our property includes a side yard, backyard, attic bedroom, kitchen, and both front and back porches for outdoor use. Whether you need space for a video, podcast, rehearsal, photo shoot, meeting, or event, this creative haven has it all.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has additional space outdoors

Ian was incredibly accommodating and the spaces in this studio were really cool. There's a music room, a dance room with mirrors, and other cool spots around the house that were great for filming content. Ian was a great host and very responsive over messages. We'd love to book there again.
