About the Space
Bread and butter x Matter of time is a recording studio situated on our second floor launched in May 2024 with our partners Tim Falkheden and Lucas Friss, both music producers and DJs active in the global electronic music scene. Please note that the recording studio is next to the loft space.

General Rules
No smoking in the building, there is a smoking area outside. We can cater but outside catering is allowed. We typically run a bar at events hosted in the lounge. BYOB alcohol is allowed, but you must pay the corkage fee (£10pp). Music must be played at volume we set. Events can run until 11 or 12pm depending on day.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
