About the Space
Maven Mansion is a 5200 sq ft mansion sitting on 1 acre available for weddings, photo shoots, media production, corporate events, birthday parties, baby showers, and more for up to 100 guests. The pool, hot tub, galley kitchen, 1.5 baths, and ground floor are available for all of your event needs, including a private nightclub/lounge and photo studio.

We utilize a professional cleaner between bookings to ensure the space is clean & tidy for your needs.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
