This building is a former yoga studio in the Culver City arts district right on the main drag with plenty of parking around the block. It's a 1700 sq ft creative open-air events space in a heritage 1950s brick building that is great for gatherings, photoshoots, and more. All those who come in say it feels warm, welcoming, and comfortable. This space is used by the outdoor lifestyle brand Parks Project to host staff and gatherings weekly but we are opening it up for use! For events, the space has seating, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and multimedia. For studio photoshoots, great skylight natural light, and clean interior. Plenty of space for staging, organizing, and pop-up media center.

Space is cleaned biweekly by professional cleaners and we will ask for a $200 cleaning fee based off type of usage.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
