Our studio offers convenient parking options for all guests. You’ll have access to a spacious parking lot with plenty of free parking spaces available, making it easy to find a spot close to the entrance. Additionally, if you prefer, there is also ample free street parking surrounding the area. Whether you're bringing a large crew or just need a quick spot for a solo shoot, you'll find parking is hassle-free and plentiful.

Our space is filled with beautiful natural light, thanks to a large window that allows plenty of sunshine to flood in. For those who prefer a controlled lighting environment, we also have blackout roll-down blinds, giving you full flexibility to adjust the ambiance to your needs.

General Rules
-No Smoking on the Premises
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the entire property, including inside the building and in any outdoor areas. This is to maintain a clean, healthy environment for all guests.
-No Pets
For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed in the studio.
-No Alcohol
Alcohol is not permitted on the premises at any time. We aim to provide a professional, clean, and safe environment for all guests.
-Respect Studio Equipment
Our studio is equipped with high-end equipment for your use. Please treat all furniture, props, and technology with care. Guests will be held responsible for any damage or loss of property.
-Furniture Movement
You are welcome to move furniture if needed for your shoot, but please handle with care and ensure everything is returned to its original position before leaving.
-Music and Noise Levels
Please be mindful of noise levels. If you plan on playing music, please keep the volume at a respectful level, especially in the shared spaces.
-Cleanliness and Clean-Up
Please clean up after yourself and leave the space as you found it.

Security cameras and recording devices
For security and peace of mind, our studio is equipped with discreet Ring cameras that record video, audio, and still images. These devices are positioned in both the photo shoot area and the entrance of the studio. The camera in the photo shoot area helps ensure the safety of your session, while the entrance camera provides added security for the building. All recordings are stored securely and are used solely for monitoring purposes. We prioritize privacy and transparency, so please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about our security measures.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
To ensure the studio remains clean and functional for all guests, please follow these guidelines at the end of your booking:
Furniture and Props:
Return all furniture and props to their original locations as they were arranged when you arrived.
Handle props and furniture with care to avoid damages or scratches.
Trash Removal:
Remove all trash, including food containers, packaging, and personal items.
Place trash in the provided receptacles or designated trash disposal area.
Replace trash liners if bags are full (extra liners are provided).
Surfaces and Floors:
Sweep floors if glitter or confetti is used.
Clean up any spills or messes promptly to avoid stains.
Equipment:
Turn off and return all lighting, backdrops, and other studio equipment to their original settings and storage locations.
Ensure all cables and stands are neatly coiled or folded.
Personal Belongings:
Double-check the space for any personal items or gear before leaving.
Lights and Studio Conditions:
Turn off all lights, fans, or equipment when finished.
General Condition:
Leave the studio in the same condition it was found, or better, to ensure it’s ready for the next guest.
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the quality of the studio for all users!
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
