Before Your Stay – The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas. Fresh linens, towels, and essential toiletries are provided. 2. During Your Stay– Guests are responsible for maintaining basic cleanliness. Please dispose of trash in the designated bins and clean up any spills or messes to avoid damage fees. 3. After Your Stay– A standard cleaning fee is included in your booking. However, we kindly ask guests to: - Remove all trash and place it in the designated bins. - Return furniture to its original position (if moved). Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional cleaning fees. Our goal is to ensure every guest arrives to a fresh, clean, and welcoming space.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
