We’re conveniently located in downtown Minneapolis with the bonus of a FREE private parking lot! Our spacious outdoor lot can comfortably accommodate up to 20 cars.

Space does not have natural light

Lighting description

No, there’s no natural light—but that’s by design! Our production space is intentionally crafted to be fully controllable with professional lighting. This allows us to customize the setup for any shoot, ensuring every detail is perfectly tailored to your vision. Feel free to bring your own professional lighting if you’d like! Don’t have lighting? No problem—we also offer professional lighting as add-ons with your rental to make your shoot seamless.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

The ambient noise in my space is minimal and non-disruptive. There’s a subtle hum from the HVAC or appliances, but it’s very faint and easy to tune out. The location is not on a busy street, so traffic noise isn’t an issue. While the space isn’t soundproof, it’s quiet enough that we’ve successfully recorded multiple video projects without any problems.

Crew access

Ground Floor

Equipment loading description

There is a convenient loading zone at the front entrance. The space is on the ground floor, making it easy to load equipment. You can use a flatbed or dolly to roll your gear directly into the studio. No ramps are required, and loading trucks can be temporarily parked in the loading zone while unloading.

Staging area is available

Yes, there is space available for crew and talent. The private bathroom inside the studio and the open-space conference room are commonly used as staging areas for hair, makeup, and wardrobe setup. These areas provide flexibility to accommodate your needs.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

The black cube wall room is off-limits for shooting as it is a private office space and not included in the booking. All other areas are available for use, including the conference table, kitchen, production space, bathroom, and working space.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

General Rules

House Rules: Please return everything to its original place before you leave to ensure the space is just as you found it. Respect the space and treat it with care—this helps us keep it in great condition for everyone!

All ages are allowed in the space

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture and wall decorations can be moved around to suit your needs during the shoot. However, they cannot be removed from the building. Please ensure everything is returned to its original position after use to maintain the space's setup for the next guests.

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

There are two security cameras located in common areas only: 1. Above the cube shelving, facing the conference area, kitchen, and entryway. 2. Facing the shooting area and couch. Both cameras are positioned for general security purposes.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures

Before every booking, we ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned and ready for use. Here's what we do: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize the entire space. Provide a fully stocked handwashing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels, or hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol. Clean and sanitize all common areas accessible to guests, including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Wash and tidy up any dishes, silverware, or other amenities provided. Empty all garbage cans and replace them with fresh liners. Your comfort and cleanliness are our priority!

Enhanced cleaning measures:

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
