Booking & Timekeeping Please ensure your booking includes enough time for setup and cleanup. Overtime is charged at a rate of [insert rate] per hour. Noise Levels & Disturbances Please maintain a reasonable noise level, particularly if you are using the space for filming or events. No loud music or disruptive behavior will be tolerated. 4. Cleanliness & Garbage Disposal All trash should be disposed of in the designated bins in the garage Please leave the space in the same condition as you found it. A cleaning fee may be charged if excessive cleanup is needed. 5. Alcohol & Catering Alcohol may be consumed only with prior approval. If you plan to serve alcohol or have catering, please notify us in advance. Outside food and drinks are allowed, but please clean up after yourself. 6. Use of the Salon & Retail Space If you’re booking the space for a photoshoot, event, or commercial shoot, please respect the salon’s setup and styling stations. Clients are not permitted to use salon equipment without permission from staff. 7. Safety & Security All guests must adhere to basic safety standards. Any dangerous or hazardous behavior will not be tolerated. Please secure all personal belongings; we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 8. No Smoking or Vaping Smoking, vaping, or use of open flames is strictly prohibited inside the space. 9. Compliance with Local Laws All activities must comply with local regulations and ordinances, including health and safety rules. 10. Liability The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during your booking. Clients are expected to take appropriate care of themselves and others in the space.
