Parking includes several downtown parking lots as well as free street parking available alongside venue.

1. Booking and Access • All bookings must include setup and breakdown time. • Only guests included in the event booking are permitted on the property. 2. Capacity Limits • Maximum capacity: 150 standing, 75 seated on Level 2. • Overcrowding beyond the agreed capacity is strictly prohibited. 3. Noise Levels • Amplified music must be kept at a reasonable level in accordance with local noise ordinances. • DJ setups are permitted on Level 3; rooftop events must conclude by 10 PM to minimize disruptions. 4. Alcohol and Catering • Alcohol service is permitted but must comply with all local regulations and require proper licenses if applicable. • Outside catering is allowed, but food preparation must remain in designated areas (bar/kitchenette). 5. Clean-Up • Guests must leave the venue in the same condition it was received. • Trash must be collected and disposed of in designated bins. Additional cleaning fees may apply if space is left untidy. 6. Decorations and Alterations • Decorations are allowed but must not damage walls, floors, or fixtures (e.g., no nails, tape, or adhesives). • All decor and personal belongings must be removed at the end of the event. 7. Smoking and Fire • Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be used. • Open flames, including candles, are not permitted unless approved in advance. 8. Rooftop Use • The rooftop space is limited to booked events. Guests must remain within designated areas. • No throwing objects, climbing, or unsafe activities are permitted on the rooftop. 9. Parking • Guests may use downtown parking lots or free street parking alongside nearby businesses. 10. Damage and Liability • Any damage to the venue, equipment, or property caused by guests will be the responsibility of the event host. • House 1801 is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. 11. Time Management • Events must adhere to their agreed-upon start and end times. Overtime fees may apply for exceeding allotted hours. 12. Compliance • All guests and hosts must adhere to local laws, including noise, safety, and alcohol regulations. Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties, additional fees, or event termination.
