PARKING can be found along Willow St. (Please make sure to avoid parking anywhere near the fire hydrant. We are not responsible for any parking tickets or violations) .

Respect the Space: Leave the studio in the condition you found it. Clean up any trash, props, or equipment before your session ends. Booking Time: Your booking includes setup and breakdown. Please plan accordingly. No Smoking or Vaping Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the studio. Noise Levels: Music, sound design, and noise should be kept at a respectful level to avoid disrupting neighboring spaces. ( Any complaints could result to ending the duration of you booking) Equipment Use: Any provided equipment (e.g., lighting, backdrops, projectors) must be handled with care. Damage fees may apply. No Unauthorized Modifications: Do not nail, screw, or tape anything to the walls or surfaces without prior approval. Guests & Capacity: The total guest count must not exceed the agreed-upon capacity. Please confirm the number of attendees when booking. Food and Drinks: Food and drinks are allowed, but please avoid spills. Notify us if you plan to cater or bring large items. Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is allowed with prior approval only and must comply with local laws. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless they are service animals or cleared with us in advance. Overtime: Overtime will be billed in accordance with Peerspace policies. Please communicate any timing adjustments in advance. Security Deposit & Damages: Any damages to furniture, equipment, or the space will incur a fee. A security deposit may be required for large bookings. Limited shoe usage inside space ! : Please limit shoes inside the space, shoe covers will be provided during the duration of booking
