Gorgeous Bright Downtown Office Loft Perfect for Photoshoots & Workshops Right off Highway

Gorgeous office loft right downtown around the corner from south station is used as a shared co-working space but is divided into 4 seperate rooms. The front workshop space is for rent for private workshops and photoshoots. It is a large, bright, open, industrial style space with natural wood floors, huge windows overlooking other loft style buildings across the street, and crisp white walls. Most walls are white painted brick, and ther eis also a plain drywall wall. There are also really unique internal windows that look out into the next room, and open at an angle and make for a fun background. The adjoining room can also be used, and is set up with plush chairs, microphones, and a tripod with ring light that you can also use for content shoots. There may be people working in the kitchen area or first room you enter the space from, but there is a door that can close off this private space so you can have privacy and access to the whole room with no interruptions. Can be set up with tables and chairs for workshops, or can be a completely blank slate with very little furniture for a photoshoot or wellness class. We also have different setups and furniture in the adjoining room which you can use as well if you desire different looks. If you book for the weekend the entire suite will be empty and you can also have private access to the kitchen area (sink, fridge, no stove). The bathroom is outside of this suite, right down the hallway and is shared with another office space. This space is on the 4th floor of an older building. There are a few exterior steps to get into the building itself, but there is a small elevator up to the space.
