We can assist with planning logistics, provide how-to’s on operating our equipment, move furniture if needed, and are available to answer any questions ahead of time or on the day of your production. * IMPORTANT NOTE - PRODUCTIONS REQUIRING AUDIO: Zoom calls, OFTV, interviews, podcasts, music videos, & any type of audio recordings of any nature are allowed at Red Door Studio. HOWEVER, please notify us in advance if you are shooting a production that requires minimal sound interference to be able to schedule you accordingly with no interruptions of other bookings we may have on our other floors. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning In between each booking our cleaning team: Sweeps, mops, and vacuums the space. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collects and cleans dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities. Removes garbage and adds new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
