About the Space

Host your next birthday or celebration in our community-focused and baby-friendly loft space! Looking for the perfect venue to host your little ones birthday party, a celebration, or get-together? Our versatile and welcoming space is designed with both parents and their little ones in mind. Our space is beautifully designed to accommodate your next event! What We Offer: Our space is specially designed for littles under 3 years old. We have a gathering area for food and drinks that opens to our play and social lounge. The two areas are separated by a small baby fence but are continuous and easy to mingle between the two. Our toys are thoughtfully curated for children under 3, ensuring plenty of entertainment throughout the event, however you are welcome to bring in additional toys or entertainment if needed. *BIRTHDAY PARTY: 3 hours minimum - 2 hour party, 30 minute set up and 30 minute clean up Guests included 15 Children - up to 60 people total More families/people are welcome for an additional fee, we can open up a couple extra rooms to accommodate more people 60-80 people- $75 additional fee 80-100- $150 additional fee Decorations/Tables/Food You are more than welcome to bring your own decorations to set up in our party space. We do not allow additional decorations in the play lounge for safety reasons. Table cloths are required for each table you need for food and drinks. We have a few to choose from- we have a 8, 6, and 4 foot rectangular tables and a 2 foot round table You may bring in any food, sweets, snacks, drinks that you want to serve guests. We have a kitchen space with sink and mid-sized fridge you are welcome to use We do not allow food in our play space, but guests are more than welcome to mingle and enjoy snacks throughout the party in the designated areas Seating We find that guests usually want to stand throughout the party but we have 8 seats at a large table for adults who may need it. You are more than welcome to bring in additional tables and chairs if you want more sit-down seating. We also have a highchair available for your little one’s cake smash Music and Sound We have speakers and use Spotify for music. You are more than welcome to request a specific playlist Clean-Up & Assistance: We will help with basic clean-up after the party, but kindly ask that guests assist by keeping the space tidy. Entertainment Options: Feel free to bring additional entertainment for the kids (puppet show, music, etc.) This listing is to rent our gathering and social lounge areas for birthdays and social gatherings (pictures in the listing). We also offer rentals for media productions, workshops, and meetings, as well as intimate studio spaces that can be used for small group meetings or 1-1 clients. Health and Safety Measures

Space is cleaned daily. Vacuum, mopped and all surfaces are wiped down between events and bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
