Once the home of a popular nightclub then a national retailer, this building now houses some of Hampton Roads's most creative artists. The third floor boasts an open and highly-versatile area perfect for events like art exhibits, creative classes, dance, yoga, and anything else you can think of hosting. The event space offers tables and seating for up to 30 guests; more chairs may be provided upon request.

Guests are responsible for simple cleanup after events, or they may pay a $100 cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
