About the Space
Photo shoots, films, music videos are activities that would work well in the space. The home is a period appropriate four bedroom, three bath, Googie-style 1959 Midcentury Modern Ranch home designed by William Cowan. The home features all original architectural design features, an outdoor pool (installed in 1969), period furniture and interior design, an outdoor tiki bar, and plenty of backyard space. Alternate vintage furniture options are available upon request.

House cleaner comes twice a month and we will clean and reset between each project.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
