Parking description
There is a 2-hour parking lot directly across from the studio, as well as ample street parking with no time limit.
General Rules
No smoking.
Respect the equipment and space.
Do not make a mess, but if there is a mess then there will be a cleaning fee.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There is security cameras at the entry of the premises and the main studio space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We have a cleaner who comes weekly to clean the whole premise.
Also we clean the podcast studio after each podcast session.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
