About the Space
A great layout with loft, vintage motorcycles, classic project cars, Artful industrial equipment ranging from the late 19th century to mid 20th century. Lots of WWII warbird art and Americana throughout. A vintage red diamond tuft bar with nearby old world english pub sign for effect and plenty of multi colored directional lighting to acquire the mood and atmosphere at night. Especially well suited for a music venue, birthday, reunion or holiday party. I have 1 or 2 bartenders (with host) available with any selection of Beer, wine or liquor available on request.

My facility will be clean at the time of your arrival. At the VERY end of a party it is sometimes difficult to do a good cleanup. I only request that: Any open containers of liquid can be rinsed down the utility sink near the bar. I require that all trash is bagged up and left outside the door. Rolls of extremely heavy duty trash bags are provided along with 6 garbage cans.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
