Situated in the heart of this vibrant coastal town, our gallery offers a sleek and contemporary setting featuring large-format statement pieces and certified prints from some of the most exciting emerging artists. Our space is thoughtfully designed for private events, photoshoots, and workshops, with features that elevate any experience. Guests can enjoy a premium HiFi vinyl record sound system, creating a warm and immersive audio ambiance, as well as the option to include a coffee cart service to keep the energy flowing and your event unforgettable. The flexible layout adapts to a variety of needs, and the curated art collection provides a visually stunning and inspiring backdrop. Whether you're planning a chic gathering, an art-forward celebration, or a stylish shoot, Hotwater Gallery is the perfect space to make a bold and lasting impression.

Massive parking lot (free) attached to the event space.

General Rules

1) Respect the Art: Please do not touch or move the artwork. Any damages will be the responsibility of the renter. 2) Capacity: Maximum of 50 guests to maintain comfort and safety. 3) Catering & Beverages: Outside food and drinks are welcome, but please clean up after the event. Coffee cart service is available upon request. 4) Music Volume: Keep music at a reasonable level to respect our neighbors. 5) Set-Up and Clean-Up: Renters are responsible for their own set-up and clean-up within the rental period. Additional time can be added for a fee. 6) No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the gallery. 7) Alcohol: Alcohol is permitted for private events, but it must comply with local laws. 8) Event Times: Events must end by 10 PM unless otherwise arranged. 9) Security Deposit: A refundable deposit may be required depending on the event type. 10) Pets: No pets allowed.

At Hotwater Gallery, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our guests and staff. Our cleaning practices include regular sanitization of all high-touch surfaces, including door handles, counters, and seating areas, as well as daily deep cleaning of the gallery space. We ensure proper ventilation throughout the gallery and provide hand sanitizing stations for your convenience. Your experience in our space is important to us, and we are committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
