There are 2 spacious parking lots, 1 parking lot holds 20 cars which requires payment through the Detroit Parking meter. The other parking lot across the overpass holds up to 100 cars for free.

House Rules for Event Space To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review and adhere to the following house rules: 1. Event Timing: Events must start and end within the agreed-upon hours. Please ensure that setup and cleanup are completed within the designated time frame. 2. Capacity Limits: The venue’s maximum capacity is 130 guests. Please do not exceed this limit for the safety and comfort of all attendees. 3. Alcohol Consumption: Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol unless explicitly agreed upon in advance. 4. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. 5. Decorations: Decorations must be approved by venue management in advance. No nails, staples, or adhesive materials may be used on walls, floors, or furniture. Confetti, glitter, and open flames (e.g., candles) are not permitted. 6. Catering and Food: All food must be provided by an approved caterer or vendor unless otherwise arranged with management. Self-catering is not permitted without prior approval. 7. Respect the Space: Please treat the venue, furniture, and equipment with care. Any damage caused during your event will be charged to the responsible party. 8. Trash and Clean-Up: Guests are responsible for ensuring that trash is disposed of properly. A clean-up fee may be applied if the venue is left in an unsatisfactory condition. 9. Parking: Please use the designated parking areas and ensure guests follow posted signs. Do not block emergency exits or driveways. 10. Security and Liability: The event organizer is responsible for the behavior of all guests. Any incidents or damage caused by guests will be addressed with the organizer. Insurance may be required for larger events. 11. Safety: The venue must remain accessible at all times. Keep walkways clear of obstacles and be mindful of fire exits and emergency equipment.
