General Rules

To ensure a pleasant experience for all, our venue has a few important policies: no smoking and no pets are allowed on the premises. Outside catering is permitted, so you can choose your preferred caterer for food and beverages. Please note that you will need to provide your own decorations and any additional items needed for your event, allowing you to personalize the space to fit your vision.

Security cameras and recording devices

Our facility features security cameras inside and outside, including upstairs, ensuring 24/7 monitoring for your peace of mind. The visible cameras deter potential intruders and record footage for accountability and dispute resolution. With remote access available, you can check in anytime. We prioritize your safety and security, fostering a trusted environment for all.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Our event space is meticulously cleaned by professional cleaning services after each and every event to ensure a pristine environment for our guests.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
